In-home cooking (usually 2~2.5 hrs)

I bring everything needed and cook in your kitchen so you can relax while dinner comes together — and if you’d like to learn, you’re welcome to join me at the counter and pick up the techniques for making these Japanese dishes yourself.

This covers your in-home cooking session, grocery planning, ingredient prep, and cleanup. Most families get 4–6 servings, often with leftovers for busy weekdays—at a cost that’s typically lower than dining out.

*up to ~20 miles from Mendon MA. Additional fee applies outside this range.
Grocery cost is billed separately with zero markups.

What's Included
Made-to-order flavors and dietary adjustments

Every dish is seasoned to your preference — milder, bolder, lighter, gluten-aware, or tailored individually for your family members. For curry nights, I can even prepare two separate batches (for example, one mild for kids and one spicier version for adults) so everyone at the table gets the flavor they love.

Grocery planning and ingredient sourcing

I take care of planning the menu and buying all necessary ingredients before I arrive. You won’t need to shop for anything. For condiments, sauces, and spices that families rarely use in large quantities, I bring them from my chef kit — so you don’t end up buying bags and bottles that sit in the pantry.

Full cleanup after cooking

Your kitchen is cleaned, sanitized, and put back the way I found it — no pots, pans, or mess left behind.

Portioning meals for easy weekday reheating

I portion the meals into your own containers, making it easy to store, reheat, and enjoy throughout the week while reducing waste.
